International crook Armstrong flees post-war Tangier with priceless forgery plates. International crook Voss sends pretty Michele after him. Arriving in London, Armstrong accidentally swaps coats in a barber's shop with film actor Chuck Collins. Through an address in his new coat's pocket, Collins meets up with Michele. Voss' partner, international crook Heinrich, starts to sense a double-cross. When Armstrong is thrown out of his hotel window, the police start to sense foul play.

This one has Nylon, an American dancer fleeing Morocco after her employer gets into trouble with the police, and she stops off at Tangiers on her way to Gibraltar. $50,000, in gold, is stolen from the ship's safe and the captain tells the police that the purser was the thief and that he had to kill him in self defense, but the purser must have hidden the money before he got dead. The purser isn't in any position to make a disclaimer. Several characters arrive in the city at the same time: the millionaire Eric Burns; the German woman Eva Miller who, with her little daughter Gudrun, makes herself a living by doing frauds and small thefts; the smart gangster Rustum Wadi who is looking for a talisman that at that moment is in the hands of Andrews, a homosexual British collector. Yaasin is supposed to protect Burns, but when Andrew's corpse appears the case takes an unexpected turn.

Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers take up the fight against Gardner and manage to settle the Lane-Whittaker feud.

A brilliant detective is trying to break up a notorious crime ring, using part of an intercepted message. While investigating, he meets a beautiful and mysterious countess.
